How to Shop

Online Purchases
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We will send an acknowledgement email once your order is received. A confirmation of order acceptance will be sent within 24 hours.

All items are dispatched with an attractive PeterGroom Jewellery brand bag.

We accept credit card payment i.e. Visa, Mastercard and American Express via our merchant facilities through Paypal.  Consequently we can accept local currency payment in 21 currencies and in 190 countries and markets worldwide. Currencies include Canadian Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, US Dollars, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Swiss Francs, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kroner, Danish Kroner, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Kroner, Hungarian Forints, Czech Koruny, Israeli Shekels, Mexican Pesos, Philippine Pesos, Taiwan New Dollars and Thai Baht. If you are shopping in countries with any of these currencies, place your order and your credit card company will convert the UK Pound based transaction to your own currency.

Security of Credit Card Data
All our orders are handled via PayPal providing our customers with total peace of mind. There is no requirement for you as a customer to have a PayPal account. You can make your purchase utilising Peter Groom Jewellery’s own merchant relationship with PayPal. 

Paypal is committed to the security and protection of customers’ personal and credit card information. PayPal adheres to international PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) standards for data protection. These standards are designed to help protect all parties, retailers and consumers from fraud and loss of data.

PayPal protects the confidentiality of your credit card transaction using fully secure 128bit encryption plus relentless fraud screens, address (AVS) and card verification (CVV2) checks. 

Since PayPal handles the payment card information there is no requirement for the storing of sensitive card or financial information beyond PayPal’s secure architecture i.e. Agora Jewellery does not store your credit card information in any way shape nor form. 

Shipping, Handling and Delivery
We will despatch your order within 24 hours, provided the item is in stock. Please note we ship from the UK so international (non-UK) orders will take approx 10 days for receipt. The Checkout transaction software via PayPal will automatically calculate shipping costs based on criteria you specify.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you where this option exists. In the event the Product is sold out with no plans for replenishment we will advise you and arrange for an immediate refund. In either event you will always be contacted with the option to cancel or change your order if you would rather not wait.
